How to become SMARTER ?
Who doesn't want to be smarter? But many fail in their attempt to be smart because they do not even think what they are looking for is not smartness, it's just something else. They rarely ask which habits they need to inculcate but they just ask questions like :
How do I raise my IQ to 300?....How can I get smarter overnight?....It doesn’t go like this.
Here I am providing you some of the tips that almost all “Smart and Rich” people have in their lifestyles. All of these are based on years of study of many rich and successful people, some of the best books and other valuable resources.
And you must follow these habits for at least 30 days to bring out the best results.
And I assure you that you’ll be able to control your brain to bring out the most of it.
1.) Keep Thinking
It’s no surprise that everyone is always thinking something, but to become smarter that something must be productive or related to your goals.
Try to question everything before accepting.
Keep thinking of different ways to expand your business.
Here’s one of my favorite paragraph from “Think and Grow Rich” :
“If you fill your mind with FEAR, doubt and unbelief in your ability to connect with, and use the forces of Infinite Intelligence, the law of autosuggestion will take this spirit of unbelief and use it as a pattern by which your subconscious mind will translate it into its physical equivalent.”
Start thinking like Genius !!
2.) Socialize
Since we are social beings, staying social may also enhance your mental fitness. That’s because socialization stimulates the mind and cognitive ability, according to a different studies worldwide, you can also verify it on your own through Google.
If you find it difficult to meet new people or create relationships, you must read one of the best books written ever “How to win friends and influence people” it’ll change your life.
Also you can try basic things in your busy day to day life such as:
volunteering in your community, office, college etc.
getting into your favorite Sport
reconnect with old friends
It will also benefit in your long term success goals. Also this will increase your social network in which you can share your experiences and knowledge to help others grow, it will increase importance and respect for you among them.
3.) Improve Health
This plays the most important role in your success and if you ignore it to earn more money or to gain more knowledge then no doubt you’re nothing more than a stupid *** !
You can improve your health in following ways:
i) Exercise Regularly
ii) Get Enough Sleep
iii) Meditate
iv) Balanced Diet
v.) Regular Breaks
These habits will also help you to get rid of anxiety.
4.) Reading
Research shows that boosts your intelligence. And that’s the reason why every Billionaire or Millionaire have this habit in their regular routine.
Reading stimulates your brain, along with the neural connections between them. That’s because it requires multiple cognitive functions, like:
attention
Prediction
visual processing of letters
working memory
long-term storage memory
abstract reasoning
And try to read as much self growth books as possible as the idea is productive reading not reading any piece of **** !

5.) Improve your Reflexes
i)Try doing your regular work in different ways like :
Try writing with both hands, brush your teeth with the other hand, go home/office by different paths etc.
ii) Do mental exercises, solve puzzles etc.
iii) Do Forrest Runs if possible
iv) Try to have different kind of experiences like that of fear, adventure etc.
